These Terms govern your use of Chumbo.gg. By accessing or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chumbo.gg. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

Playing fairly

You may use Chumbo.gg for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, interfere with servers or other players, evade security controls, impersonate others, or attempt to access private systems. We may remove players, restrict access, reset game state, or change game rules to protect the service and its community.

Names, chat, and conduct

You are responsible for the nickname, chat, and other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content. By submitting content, you give Chumbo.gg a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, display, and moderate it as needed to operate the service. Chat is public to players in the same slice and should not contain sensitive information.

Game state and virtual items

Scores, kills, sizes, crumbs, slices, rankings, and other game elements have no monetary value or property rights. They may change, reset, or disappear because of gameplay, updates, maintenance, moderation, or technical issues.

Ownership

Chumbo.gg and its software, artwork, design, names, and other service content are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as provided.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Chumbo.gg at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of game state, or compatibility with every device or network.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chumbo.gg is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or game progress arising from use of Chumbo.gg. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service during the previous 12 months or US $100.

Termination

You may stop using Chumbo.gg at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for violations of these Terms, security, legal compliance, or operation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
